Hi there,

Today I came in for service on my daughters' Jeep. This email is to commend your team on the excellent customer service that I received.

From the moment I entered the dealership I was impressed with the service. Everyone acknowledged me starting with you.

I waited for a ride in the lounge and several sales people walked in and asked me if I wanted a coffee. When I walked onto the sales floor another salesman asked me if I needed help.

Then before I knew it the driver came to ask me if I needed a ride. I was back at home in under an hour.

Yesterday I attended a day long seminar on customer service with my employer Air Canada titled Applause.

My name is Jennifer Donati, I purchased a fiat from Scott over a year ago. I just wanted to drop a note to express a number of compliments to your team. Scott helped me immensely and was very easy to do business with and helpful. In fact I purchased my car literally with no intent to buy, he was fantastic and really influenced my decision to purchase. I've been satisfied ever since.

Also, recently, I came in after having a scare due to an item that I ran over on the road that came off of a construction site that I couldn't avoid. I was in panic and immediately called your service department. Cheryl was the lady that I spoke to. She insisted I come in immediately and that she and her team would help me. She assured me not to worry that she will do what she could to help.

Upon arrival she took my car in immediately and dan came out to meet me. He delayed his lunch break to stay and wait to see my car. They both took the time to explain the damage and helped calm me down to make me feel they will do everything in their power to help me. By the next day I had the repairs completed and all was great.

I went from extremely worried and panicked to feeling like I had a support system there to help me.

Being in Sales I felt the need to highlight the great customer service that I experienced and I will gladly recommend to anyone looking for a car that they go and visit your location. Scott, Cheryl, and Dan really made an impression worth mentioning.

I would like to acknowledge 2 particular people who continuously go above and beyond when it comes to their job and how they service your customers. Cheryl and dan the service mechanic at Maranello Fiat.

I have had numerous set backs with my Fiat 500 and have had to come there a number of times in a short period of time. You can understand my frustrations!! Cheryl has always made time for me, update me with progress and did it with a smile and a certain calmness.

Dan has not once but twice, found a problem that no other mechanic was capable of doing. He continues to impress me with his knowledge to locate mechanical problems!! Please recognize these two individuals for their extraordinary service, and their ability to do their jobs with pride.

I would like to mention something that I feel is of importance and it is regarding Mr. Joshi, and Mr. Joe Albi; the men who helped me purchase the vehicle.

I have been to many dealerships and have dealt with many different people trying to sell me a vehicle. My experience with Mr. Joshi and Mr. Albi has changed my view regarding car salesmen and the ethic that is practiced in this industry. Not only they were knowledgeable and caring, but they were very polite and friendly. I understand that it is in the nature of the business that they need to be friendly. However, I was surprised by how welcoming they made me feel and frankly, I feel as if I am part their family. More so than the jeep I purchased, they have been the topic of my conversation.

I have already referred my friends to them and will continue to spread the word. I look forward for my first oil change so that I can go back there and see how they are doing.

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with the purchase of my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport back in February of this year.

The fuel mileage on this truck is outstanding considering it is a Hemi and 4 wheel drive. I average about 12 liters per 100 kms in the city and highway I usually average about 10 liters per 100 kms. I have owned several trucks from all of the big 3 and I cannot believe the performance and mileage that I get from my Ram, a full tank (approx. 90 liters) of fuel will last over 700 kms. I use this truck primarily for work, which takes me all over Canada and the US and I have put on almost 20000 kms since February so the need for fuel mileage is very important.

The ride quality is by far the best I have ever had from a truck. I have had many passengers compliment on how smooth it is. One of them being my father who has a Honda Pilot and finds his cottage road to be dreadful, until we drove down it in my truck. We were amazed at how it smoothed out almost all of the small bumps and the large ones were hardly noticeable.

I am also very impressed with the interior of the Ram truck. My previous vehicle was a GMC Yukon and I find I have more leg room in both the front and the back of this truck vs the Yukon. The seats as well are far more comfortable than any other truck I have had. The standard options that are included with the Sport are outstanding and the large touch screen is one of the best features, however I do regret not getting the backup camera.

I would also like to compliment all the folks at Vaughan Chrysler for making my purchase extremely enjoyable and stress free. A big thanks to Anthony and Wilson for working with me and helping me get the truck that I wanted. The service department at Vaughan Chrysler is also top notch and every time I come in Jason is very helpful and makes sure it is quick and painless.

Once again keep up the great work and will always be an extremely loyal customer of Vaughan Chrysler. I always make sure that I tell everyone what a great team you have there and it is the place to go to buy a car or truck.

Thank you very much for your help with the purchase of our 2009 Town & Country Van. My wife and I were very impressed by the friendly help and professionalism by you and all at Vaughan Chrysler.

We spoke yesterday, when it was warm and sunny, about the fact that the air conditioner was not working on the van, but now it seems strange emailing you about this in the middle of a snow storm. As you mentioned, we will keep notes on the items of concern that come up in the next 30 days and arrange for their repair under warranty as you advised.

Also, can you forward me a copy of the inspection condition report on the vehicle and the certification test that you did?

Wanted to let everyone know about the great support I received from Cheryl in the service department. I ran into a problem updating my navigation system and lost all my data. Cheryl was helpful and very accommodating. She was able to see me right away, contacted the computer guru, Mike, and went over the problem with me. A couple of years back I visited Vaughan Chrysler for the first time with my father who wanted to purchase a RAM for his business. A young gentleman named Homer Zehtabi walked toward us with a pleasant yet (sales person) kind of smile, which can be scary considering that you want to make a big purchase! We sat and talked for about an hour in his corner office.


My father, just like a lot of people, develops trust issues when it comes to make big purchases, but after a few questions that Homer asked we realized that he wants to understand what we need exactly. So he offered a few different types of vehicles within our budget and preferences suitable for our business. He explained every question we asked him with details such as payments and warranty. etc.

Finally we made our decision and after sending him a few times back and forth to the business office, we got ourselves a good deal! They even left Chrysler gifts in our car when we picked it up! Our car needed to be fixed a few times over the years, obviously, they either helped us right away or put us in the right direction depending on the problem. Today we purchased our third car from Homer.

I have to admit that its very nice and assuring to see and deal with the same car sales person ever since we made our first purchase and thats an important fact which im sure everyone who's bought a few vehicles understands. Im sorry for those who couldn't have the same wonderful experience as me and my family with Vaughan Chrysler. I highly recommend talking to Homer next time you visit this dealership, you wont be sorry! This is my way of saying Thank You by sharing my experience with ya'll.
